Donna Clark

Donna is a graduate of Shorter University, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She brings nearly 30 years of tax preparation experience, as well as business development, payroll, and accounting. She has experience in setting up and preparing corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations. Donna prepares most any type of individual return: truck drivers, small business owners, rental property, clergy, and investments. Donna is a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor, she does bookkeeping and payroll for small business clients. She recently passed the exams for her Enrolled Agent status, this allows her to represent clients before the IRS in an audit situation.

Donna resides in Douglasville, with her husband, Gerald. They have three adult children and four grandchildren. They actively participate in community events such as Thrill at the Mill and the annual Villa Rica Christmas Parade.

Gerald Clark

Gerald is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, and has been preparing tax returns annually since 2004. He specializes in retirement, small businesses, rental property, investments and multi-state returns. He enjoys advising his clients on how life events will impact their tax returns.

As an enrolled agent, he has helped clients reduce their tax debt and routinely handles responses to IRS letters. He resides in Douglasville, and he and Donna have three adult children and four grandchildren. When not at work, Gerald enjoys fishing trips with the grandchildren and is always ready to watch a good football or baseball game.

Villa Rica and its surrounding communities are not only where we work, but also where we live and raise our families. Each year, RWB Tax Services gives hundreds of dollars and hours to charitable causes to support the wonderful friends and neighbors in our beloved community. Donna and Gerald look forward to giving back to the Villa Rica community each year, and support non-profits such as Fullerville Mission and A Gift of Love Services.
